Whether you are planning a wedding reception, retirement party, business meeting, dinner dance or any other social function, the Brantford Golf & Country Club’s professional staff is pleased to provide their expertise to assist you in the planning of your event.

It could be a milestone birthday, that wedding of a lifetime, a party for the end of a long career, a casual business meeting, or a corporate golf tournament. Regardless, Brantford Golf & Country Club is the perfect place to host your event and make sure it is a tremendous experience from the planning through to the actual day it moves forward.

Brantford’s clubhouse, which opened in 2003, is the perfect place for any event, a location where timeless elegance meets old world charm. With spaces like the stunning Grand River Room, with its incredible ambiance, able to hold up to 230 people, or the less formal Stoneview Lounge for smaller events, there’s always a space at Brantford that will fit your needs.

Event Spaces

Grand River Room

Member or member-sponsored "Life Events" such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties, birthdays, bridal showers, memorials, or "Corporate Events" like banquets, training sessions, and conferences.  The Grand River Room which can hold between 180 and 230 people depending on your needs. The Grand River Room features elegant ambiance, an amazing dance floor, a small patio with seating that overlooks the wonderful Grand River, built in overhead speakers.  Options:  Full Screen Projector, Dance Floor, Programmed Music, or hire the Band of your choice.  

Grand River Foyer 

Weddings, Receptions, and smaller stand-up gatherings are held in the Grand River Foyer which features a large, stone fireplace over which hangs the clock that was installed in 1920 in the first clubhouse on the site.  Bar Services and walk around appetizers are popular options for this room.

The Brant Room 

Excellent for small business meetings of up to 15, training sessions, private interview rooms, bridal dressing room.  This area overlooks the curling sheets in the winter season and provides a private air-conditioned space in the summer.  Amenities include an executive Boardroom table, comfortable conference chair and side table for coffee, tea, and water.
Available options: TV/Display, wi-fi/internet access, whiteboards, and different meal/snack options.
